Adult Diabetes Clinical Guidelines: Guidelines are developed using an "evidence-based methodology" and involve a systematic literature search, critical appraisal of the research design and statistical results of relevant studies, and grading of the sufficiency (quantity, quality, consistency, and relevancy) of the evidence for drawing conclusions.
Clinical Guidelines and Standards of Care: Diabetes Care (January, 2008): These guidelines are updated annually, be sure to check for those for the current year.
